the reception staff were friendly and polite i experienced a smooth check in. my room was fantastic and everything was super clean the bathroom was also very clean. breakfast was included and Mara greeted me with a warm smile and caring nature showing me all the options i could order from the kitchen. i was really impressed by her attention she ensured i had everything i needed during breakfast.
the room was quite far from the lifts which meant a longer walk and was slightly tiring i do feel that this is something that could be improved.

I appreciated the gym facilities. It features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The room service was prompt. My order arrived within thirty minutes. I found the on-site parking very convenient. It accommodated both cars and larger vehicles such as coaches.
The in-room climate control presented difficulties, specifically, the thermostat did not allow for independent temperature adjustments and I found the room too warm.
